Hi- We need coverage while our regular nanny is on vacation. There is potential for more work... tbd I need someone who will follow our parenting styles. Our goal is to listen to our children and validate their feelings while providing a safe environment for them to experience life. We encourage them to be creative. We do not use the television during the week. Outdoor time is a must. Reading time is also a must. Specifically we will need someone to drive our children to school and pick them up. I also expect light housekeeping to be done by setting in example for the children. Meal prep is also expected. Applicant should be non-smokers. Applicants should be willing to play with children and not just supervise them. There may be opportunity for the right person to work more with her family as time goes on.
