I am a foreign exchange teacher in Colleton county high school from the East African country Kenya. I am a teacher of Math and Business Studies with a vast experience of close to 24 years. I have taught Math and Business Studies in three Kenyan High schools for the last 22 years. I am in my second year at Colleton county high school. I have prepared students for the college entry exams that have enabled them attain grades helping them get admission into good colleges and universities. Some of my students have been given opportunities to study in prestigious universities here in the U. S. I am very passionate about my career and I believe that every student is talented in one way or the other and can be assisted to be successful in life. I want to see my students become happy, responsible and successful persons in life.

If your child has a problem learning through the conventional methods, I can teach them in different innovative methods. As a school librarian for 29 years, I am well-versed in the curriculum. As a school librarian, I often tutored students in small groups. I have also privately tutored middle school math and language arts, high school study skills, and college level education classes. My greatest position was homeschooling my daughter through high school. I continue to tutor her through college. The part I love best about tutoring is the cheerleading role. I am often reminded of "The Little Engine That Could." The belief that you can brings greater success than living in defeat. I look for fun and sometimes active ways to make learning real.
