Part Time
Hi!
My name is Melissa, and I am looking for a part-time tutor for my daughter. She is a Freshman. Although she has never been formally diagnosed, I believe she struggles with dyslexia. I need someone to read with her, test her literacy (give her spelling tests) and just help her feel more confident in reading and writing, which I believe is the cornerstone of all subjects. It is a HUGE plus if you have any formal understanding in how to teach reading and writing. Our schedule is incredibly flexible. She goes to school Monday and Thursday's until 1 p.m. and does distance learning for the rest of the days. We are free everyday from 1-7. We are looking for a minimum of 2 days a week. On a COVID side note, our entire family has recovered from covid a few months ago, so we have immunity and want you to feel a little more at ease.
