1st grader struggling to read. We are also interested in music (guitar or other instrument), and some math and science for fun.

I have been out of school for 8 years. Math is not my best subject and I would like to overcome problem solving and test anxiety. My goal is to complete my A. A to become an LPN. I am not sure of the math classes I will have to take but I'm sure I will struggle and will need extra help understanding the class.

My son is 8 he is level 1mild autism which is the lowest level however he is struggling w/reading and math has some challenges due to his Autism and I work constantly w/him but extra support helps me.

Dyslexia/add support would help

New Hope family needs a part-time tutor for Special Education Math. Our Daughter is diagnosed with unspecified neurocognitive disorder. She is just finishing 1st grade and will need to repeat 1st grade math, and likely English (story comprehension and sentence writing). Other subjects she has passed. She is bright and loves learning. Her trouble areas are working memory and processing speed. She is having a difficult time with number sense and math concepts. Looking for someone with experience working with special needs/elementary math to help her over the summer prepare for next school year. Tutoring could go into the school year if it's a good fit.
