About Michael

I am a highly experienced teacher and technical training instructor with the unique ability to effectively relate many areas of academic studies to real-life situations. I have had over 12 years of direct classroom experience as an instructor in the United States Air Force as well as in a private school setting teaching multiple subjects to include Math, English, various Sciences, and Social Studies. I have Bachelor of Science degree from Excelsior College as well as two Associate Degrees from the Community College of the Air Force. In addition to my experience as a classroom instructor, I have provided one-on-one as well as small group tutoring for numerous students who needed extra academic attention due to not understanding concepts as well as memory work. I believe that every student has the ability to grow academically given the correct doses of being challenged and encouraged in a way that is meaningful to them.
