My husband and I compliment and give commendation to the manse for the caregivers for the wonderful and kind care of our mother Dorothy. She fit in and it was an easy adjustment to her new home. The precious caregivers are remarkable. They work as a team. They are patient and make the residents feel secure and safe. We thank all for a job well done and for each smile on face.we appreciate you all.what a blessing to the residents there.

The care and kindness of the owner is good. the staff were so helpful and the place is like a mansion. more like a home environment. the residents living there seemed well taken care of and that is what we looked for. there was an outdoor activity when we visited and so much shade trees on the large gated lot. best cost for the room which was considerable less in comparison to three local other similar locations. nice area away from the main hwy 78 frwy. the people who were working there were courteous too. there was an activity calendar so they keep busy .

We visited for a tour three weeks ago. the house is a large setting like a southern style estate. our main focus is finding a place we can all pay for and that is in the north county area. we did not want to drive far to visit. the amount for a shared room is great and affordable, much less than a couple other similar places. awesome views of so many trees, like a park. they were doing a game with a few people so it was great to see the staff interacting and communicating with everyone there too.

it was a very complete tour i took for my aging father to look for a new place for him now. The main gate was locked but it was a good safety measure. The building did not look like a nursing facility or a hospital. it is a southern style large house. i guess i came in during a music time as a woman was playing the piano and it was very nice. many people were watching and listening near the open center at an atrium circle area.the monthly amount is so better priced than other areas such that cost so much more. kind of a secluded area away from high traffic. the lady who gave me to walk through was very informative and knew about everything we asked her too,

very nice colonial home like environment. in a quiet off main street area. so many large shade trees, lots of greenery on the grounds, walking areas. caregivers and other staff are friendly and helpful. we can visit anytime. lots of windows, but the center atrium is a major plus. the pricing points are less than other places we checked. good food, served warm .

we just did a great tour here in vista, surrounded by big eucalyptus trees, green area like a home base environment. the lady who gave us the walk through was so nice, kind and sincere. we could tell this is here passion to help others. it was so quaint, lots of flowers and a atrium in the center of the big house. lots of windows for them all around even on the upper level. they had a few people out side in the side yard on the grass doing some game group interactive time which is great. the house seemed to be welcoming but the best thing is the long locked gate. it is important as we were apprehensive our family member would wander off but he can not . it is all around the property. great place to call home to live with others.

There is terrible word of mouth circulating around The Manse. I work in healthcare and we get clients and associates who have worked with The Manse, and I for one have had several experiences there.

The Manse is pretty good on cleanliness in terms of on the grounds, however in terms of resident care the facility smells of urine as if the caregivers do not change the residents frequently. The interior looks old and Micky moused together.

Friendliness, now this is where The Manse is interesting. Alicia Sanchez is a conniving, immoral and manipulative person whose nature is to cut corners and step over anyone, including the residents and especially the employees to do so.

The turn over rate for employees is unbelievably high. It's a revolving door. Employee duties entail: light housekeeping, laundry, passing meds (without certification), serving food, bathing, toileting and preparing dinner.

Several former employees at The Manse complained of Ms. Sanchez not informing staff of highly infectious diseases to which spread rapidly amongst the residents.

The residents aren't groomed or properly cared for because there simply isn't enough time and help to do things properly. Ms. Sanchez hires anyone, and mostly the rung of the barrel because she pays so little and offers so little. Ms. Sanchez rarely, if ever, allows background checks to go through before hiring because caregivers leave immediately once they've seen how unlawful and unethical the place is.

There is an ominous feeling at The Manse and that's because there's no love, light or ambition there. It's solely a scheme to get money. Families resort to The Manse because it's all they can afford. Let it be known The Manse is always under investigation.

The only positive ratings are accounts made by Ms. Sanchez to counter the truth. This place needs to be shut down. A good indicator is that the name is now changed to Mont Zion, presumably due to all its negative media coverage.

Please do your loved ones a service and do not consider this place. Thank you, and good luck.
