Tender loving care comes and pick up my aunt every m-w-f for dialysis @4am and their always on time and nice. I tell every one about them and how much they help us

NOT WORTH YOUR TIME NOR MONEY MY APPOINTMENT WAS AT 1PM MY PICK UP TIME WAS AT 1230PM IT IS NOW 134PM AND I STILL HAVE NOT GOTTEN PICKED UP FROM HOME TO GO THE DOCTOR I WILL NEVER BOOK AGAIN AND I WILL BE CALLING MY INSURANCE

My family and I are so grateful to have had Tender Loving Care (TLC) professional caregivers and staff involved in caring for my sister. They truly went far beyond the call of duty with their compassionate and excellent performances.

My sister and I had the best experience with TLC in Memphis starting from the moment we met Elixir when she came to our hotel to go over the paper work until the day we said goodbye to Roshanda who was the carer when we left Memphis.
We had to change hotels last minute which was in Arkansas (the neighbouring state) but that did not deter TLC from coming out to see us.
They went the extra mile to get to us which we appreciated so much. Roshanda was such an angel and we could not have asked for a better carer. She was friendly and just an overall nice human being, we were so comfortable with her and for all the negative things we faced in Memphis re changing hotels and transport, Roshanda, Elixir and TLC were clearly the shining star who came through for us.
We highly recommend TLC to anyone who have loved ones with disability who may want to visit Memphis for a holiday and need home care, they will be there for you and they will not let you down. I'm forever grateful to them and we wish them all the best.

I and my family were very impressed and thank Tender Loving Care Home Care Agency for all their assistance, attention, courtesy ... as-well-as, their continued follow-ups regarding my sister-in-law ... who recently become a stroke patient. They truly showed my family that they cared. We gained so much knowledge after our involvement with this Agency. If anyone is truly looking for a genuine caring company ... I recommend that you make contact with TLC for assisting those that you love and care about.
