A Highly Qualified, Certified And Very Loving Individual Seeking FT Or PT Childcare Employment

Responds within a few days
I'm a Trustline certified Nanny/Household Assistant who has been working with children for 15+ years. After taking a babysitter training course at the local YMCA as a teen, my passion for working with children flourished. Throughout the years I've taught children swimming lessons, prepared and taught lessons for daycare's and preschools, and worked as a babysitter and nanny. Always looking to expand upon my inherent knowledge of working with children; I have completed coursework in early childhood education and child development. In addition to providing a personalized-level of genuine childcare, I also assist each family with various duties including but not limited to: housekeeping, laundry, cooking, calendaring, and errands. I aim to make myself an extension of each family I have the pleasure of being a part of and there is never a task too large or too small that I'm not willing to help out with.

Chelsie is fantastic with kids! She is gentle and patient with my daughter and is filled with creative energy! I love that their days are filled with arts and crafts and fun games, mixed in with help on schoolwork as needed. You can tell that Chelsie is also quite experienced in childcare as she easily manages any meltdowns or issues that come up. She is also very responsible with her and follows any guidelines that you provide. My daughter really enjoys her time with Chelsie and always asks when she is coming back!

Experienced Nanny Looking For Full Time Job

Hi, I am a 31-year-old, native New Yorker with a biology background. I love animals and children, am a non-smoker, and live in South Park with my rescue dogs. I have been taking care of children for the past 10 years and have extensive experience with infants and toddlers. My limit is 3 children per day in order to provide the best care. For families looking to save a good amount in childcare I have also worked in nanny-shares in the past where the parents would split my hourly rate. My single family rates are 18/hr-1 child, 21/hr-2 children, 25/hr-3 children. For multi-family/shares, my rate is 24/hr-2 children and 30/hr- 3 children. Share rates are higher due to having to balance the needs of multiple families like schedules and diets. I have a reliable car in case of emergencies or for outings (2015 Subaru cross trek), and since I have a dog, pets are never a problem for me. I am CPR and first aid certified. I will be more than happy to provide references.

My husband and I hired Katherine to watch our son from the time that he was 4 months-15 months. Going back to work post maternity leave is a terrifying time for most Mama's and Katherine made me feel comfortable and assured me that she'd send photos throughout the day to make things a little easier. She even went the extra mile as to bring him for a visit at my office during lunch on day 1. At this point in my sons life, he was trying baby food and solids for the first time and Katherine made sure to give him great variety and several options. She also suggested foods from her previous years of nanny experience that helped make my shopping list, as a first time mom, easier! After a year of working with Katherine, she became much more than a nanny to us, but she became family. We still keep in touch and send photos of our son to her (almost a year later). I can't say enough amazing things about her and think that any family would be lucky to have her!!

Not Your Usual Nanny.

My name is Simone, (he/him/his) and I'm an educator. I have more than 12 years of experience in adult and childhood education. In Italy, I conducted and designed theatre courses aimed at teens (refugees, asylum seekers, teens with drug issues). I assisted professors at the University of Venice, where I obtain a Bachelor Degree in Visual and Performing Arts. In Germany, I collaborated with private schools in teaching Italian, culinary arts and crafts to adults and children. In San Diego, I studied at San Diego Continuing Education. I worked for UC San Diego at the ECEC and MESA child programs as a substitute teacher. My job and my experience have been featured in an interview at KUSI News and within the seasonal schedule of San Diego Continuing Education. During the pandemic, I worked with different families and help both children and parents to deal with everyday life. Diapers and potty training? I'm on it! :D

"You are lucky if you find him available for your child!" Meeting Sim as my classmate for the child care certificate program, and I know of him as one of the best child care providers in town! He has always been so popular among kids for his great sense of humor and heartwarming care to every kid he meets while having a strong sense of securing children's safety using his convincing and patient words. Sim has much energy to play, asks questions, and listens to children patiently with guidance, and he uses a variety of positive reinforcement methods that make children feel good about themselves. He was definitely the top student in the certificate program who has featured in multiple media. In addition, I have to note his personality with his nature of friendliness, passion, and faithfulness. If you see him available for your child, today is your lucky day!
