If you love you family member..... Do not put them in this companies hands. I worked for them!

Fantastic company. They cared for my father when other companies could not. They were willing to do shorter shifts and pretty much anything we asked. But most important, their caregivers were kind and loving to my father. We appreciate the care they provided and highly recommend them to anyone looking for help with a loved one.

Do not use this agency. They are very poorly run and unprofessional. When we had a dispute about this billing, the manager was very nasty and suggested I was "hysterical" because my mother had just died and didn't know what I was talking about. No sympathy, no effort to compromise or find out what actually happened, just "this is the bill, you're wrong." These are the worst people to be involved with if you are going through a tough time with your loved one's illness.
