Had emailed back and forth prior to needing service. Was told when needed just let them know and someone would come out to house for assessment. Meeting was set up for Saturday, person never showed up or called to cancel. I called first thing Monday morning, was told they would see who was available to come out. It is now Tuesday around noon and I still have not heard from anyone! Don't let the low rate lure you in, pay a little more to be guaranteed reliable service.
