Gilmer, TX Summer Jobs

We are expecting our first child in June but trying to get ahead of the game with childcare! My husband and I will have time off of course but would like to slowly get to know our caregiver while were home so were all aquatinted! We have 4 dogs, of all sizes, so we do need someone comfortable around them! My parents live on the land, down the hill from our house and are available (mostly) in case of emergencies. My husband works nights on an alternate shift as a police officer and I work 8-5 in Tyler. We are not expecting house work or dog care at this time, however, if down the road that is an option for both parties we would be willing to renegotiate pay! Were pretty easy going people and just want to know our baby is in good hands. We are big on communication so thats a huge thing we look for! Im an open book as well so any questions for us, fire away!

We are needing a sitter for our 2-1/2-year-old daughter Monday-Friday from 7:15 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. She is currently being watched by my mother-in-law who is going to have a heart procedure and will be down for a little while. We are open to high school or college students wanting to earn some money during the summer as well.
