Yulia works with me at a company. She is a skills trainer for children with autism. I have directly overseen Yulia in two specific cases and have also observed her with a few other students. A specific quality I admire in Yulia is her ability to interact with the children. In every case she has worked, the children have warmed up to her instantly and they create a wonderful bond that includes both fun and structure. She has wonderful instructional control and does well maintaining her authority while also creating a fun environment. Yulia engaged well with each student, making it her priority to find their reinforcers and to also make herself a reinforcer for the child. I love that Yulai feels free to provide her input and is also very willing to listen to me as her authority. I would trust any child in her care.
