I assist with walking, light exercise, and plan and prepare meals, followed by cleanup. I monitor food expiration dates, make future meals, and make beds and change linens, as needed. I can do light housekeeping to include dusting and vacuuming and assisting with bathing, dressing, and grooming. I will also do laundry and ironing, and running errands (pickup prescriptions, dry cleaning). I will monitor vital signs, give eye drops, give medicine disbursement, and breathing exercises. I have worked with adults and children who were mentally challenged and had Autism, Down Syndrome, and also dementia.
