I've had a couple of opportunities to work with Tim, taking care of emotionally disturbed children, particularly those with Reactive Attachment Disorder (RAD). Tim is a natural with these challenging kids. He's very experienced and knowledgeable, and zealously pursues opportunities to learn more. He's extremely supportive of the parents and children alike. Professionally trained in Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI), he defuses many situations before the child begins to rage, and if the worst happens, rapidly transitions the kids back to logical reasoning. Hardworking and dedicated, I have no problem leaving my own RAD daughter in his care. I consider him to be an exceptional respite provider.
