I began my career working with special needs children and adults over 20 years ago in a group home. I then obtained an LPN degree and continued working in group homes and home health care. I took a part-time job with an after school/summer camp program which turned into a full-time job, and that lead to a job in the school system. Currently, I have been working in a school setting for 10+ years. Most of my experience is with autism, and that is my passion. These kids are so wonderful I can't imagine doing anything else, ever.
