Susana not only cared for our special needs child, but she became part of his therapy team. She was able to incorporate what each therapist did with him at therapy into the home setting. She was his greatest advocate in our absence and was able to keep us up to date on his progress and obstacles when we were not present. Susana is the best special needs care provider I have ever encountered. I am sad to have to end our employment relationship due to our relocation due to work. I recommend her without reservation and will miss her personally AND professionally. I consider her to be part of our family now and she always treats my children just like her own.
