I have always been touched by children and adults with exceptional and special needs throughout my life. I believe they are full of the spirit and joy many of us are too afraid to share with the world. I am a mentor for a 19-year-old adult with Autism in the Student Council Exceptional Children club at my school, Xavier University. I also mentor and have been lucky enough to befriend the other members of the club who all have mild disorders and are among the most spectacular people I have ever come to known.
