I am the proud mother of a 36-year-old daughter ( 9-month-old granddaughter) and a 32-year-old son and so obviously have experienced the raising of children and being a first time grandma. I have 33 years of employment experience. Troy School District as a noon aide, healthcare worker, mentor, and job coach. I also worked at Judson Center in Royal Oak, where I was the Job Developer, who managed to successfully employ 140 consumers with varying disabilities for 8 1/2 years. Job Coaching and Mentoring were also jobs I held at Judson Center. I am very trusting, compassionate, reliable and caring.

Renee worked under my supervision for about 6 years. What I can say is that she was a very dedicated employee and completed the duties of her job descriptions. She found jobs for persons with developmental disabilities matching their skills and interests to those of employers. She did initial coaching and monitoring of them while they were on the job. She provided a written monthly report on each consumer. Her paper work was always on time, very professional, entered into the computer under each consumer's file. She printed the reports, signed them and kept one in the agency consumer file, sent one home with the consumer, and mailed another copy to the case manager. She showed team work with fellow employees, genuine caring for each individual consumer - using praise often and gentle firmness as needed. She would be an asset to any organization!
