I am currently providing transportation and companionship for different special needs adults whom have a court appointed guardian/conservator. These clients have different degrees of mental health issues and I take them to their programs, doctors appointments and providing care giving as needed. I have also cared for a 3-year-old who had Autistic behaviors. I feel that whatever the client's situation, you have to treat them with respect and understanding that they have rights and need compassion like anyone else. Their limitation may mean adapting them in order to achieve their goals, but with care and patience, they can achieve them. I am also cleaning and providing companionship/transportation for elderly clients in the area. I am working on organizing their home and providing general as well as detailed cabinet cleaning.
