Hi my name is Rachel! I have always loved children and followed that passion to get my Bachelor's in Human Development and Family Science. My educational background has prepared me well to meet the unique needs of each child. I am a patient, kind, energetic person who loves helping children meet their fullest potential. I love seeing each individual child's unique view of the world. I have been a nanny for children with autism, ADHD, and developmental delays. In addition, I have worked in a number of positions with special needs children as a case manager for foster children, as a Therapeutic Support Staff for children with autism, and as a case manager in a program. In these positions, I have worked with children with oppositional defiant disorder, bipolar disorder, depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder, and mental retardation. I believe above all else that all children are unique, have wonderful strengths, and have amazing potential.
