I have been a nurse for many years and find that caregivers are hard to find when you just need a break or help taking care of a family member. It could be for fundamentals of daily living, hospice care and/or someone who can be a companion while the other family members go out. If errands are needed and/or transportation to an appointment or store, I can also do that. I also care for pets while you are on vacation for one day or many. My experience has been with home care taking for adults and children, new moms and newborns. I worked in pediatrics, family practice, NICU, newborn, cardiac and respiratory care. I have worked with adults in many different levels of care. My desire is to help with in home care for hospice and any other needed home care. I also do pet sitting and have experience with many types of animals. My strong areas are for care of tropical birds large and small, dogs and cats. I also can take care of small animals such as hamsters, gerbils, guineas pigs, rats, rabbits and fish.
