I am currently a special education aide at an intermediate school, and I support a wide variety of special needs children. I have held this position for 2 years, and was a substitute special education aide in the same district for a year before I became a permanent employee. I have quite a bit of experience with Autism and Down's Syndrome, as well as ADHD and ADD. I am Mandt certified and I also am DPI certified by the state of Wisconsin. I absolutely love working with these children, and since my position with the school district is part time, I need to either find something full time or supplement my income with another part time job. I am also a mom of a 9-year-old and a high school gymnastics coach.
