Hello! *Smile* My name is Nikk and I am a Master of Science class of 2017 through RIT- Rochester Institute of Technology. I have over the last 6 years and with 3 degrees in hand, studied 4 specialty areas. They are Cognitive Psychology with a focus in adolescent development, Sociology/ Social work, Legal Studies and Juvenile Criminal Justice. Nicole is both formally educated and has personal experience with and for children with special needs. Our son is in many ways severely autistic and Nicole helped him to overcome many obstacles during the time she cared for him. She is prompt and makes an effort to go above and beyond expectations. Nicole found local resources to help with our son's issues. She also has personal experience with social stigmas and I feel that helps her to be even more understanding and compassionate with those affected by any disability. Nicole left us to go to New York State to school or she would still be with us and still does help us when she is back in Connecticut. I highly recommend her to care for any child special needs or not.
