I have been babysitting for almost 10 years now and I love it. When I was 16, I was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes and currently have an insulin pump. Living with diabetes and an insulin pump, I can honestly say I am an expert with it and would be very comfortable with a child with diabetes. I also have knowledge about other children with special needs but have not actually worked with any children. I take directions very well and can learn quickly about any needs a child might need.
