I will be graduating with my Bachelor's degree in Intensive Psychology. As an Intensive Psychology major, I have chosen to specialize in developmental psychology. I have taken classes such as childhood psychopathology, developmental psychology, and have worked in a professors' lab where I worked alongside graduate students in their research with young children and adolescents. My senior exit course is "World of Babies" so I am becoming well versed in children from birth to two years as my specialty. I also worked in a local school in Santa Cruz, an elementary school, as a teacher's assistant for kindergarten and first grade where I taught reading, writing, math, and other basic skills. I have babysat for many children and neighbors, where the ages have ranged from 3 to 10. During high school, I spent time working with children ages 8-18 at a children's playhouse and worked as a party hostess at a party place for children ages 6-13. I have had many of different experiences interacting, working, and playing with kids!
