I am a teacher in a part day part year program we service families with children with multiple disabilities and I have to say without a doubt I love my job. But there is a story about how overcame involved with the special needs and mainstream children. A family friend had a son who is now an amazing young man with downs syndrome. He started my passion. That was quickly followed with a friend whose son is autistic with many challenges in his life. One step more was an aunt who was paralysed from polio and taught children with multiple disabilities. My life is surrounded by children. They are truly amazing loving gift to all those they touch
