I have worked with special needs children during the summer months for the past couple of years as a sports camp counselor, for children mainly between the ages of 5-14. I am very passionate about working with those with special needs. I am currently going to school to become in occupational therapist and am in my first year of grad school. I would like to eventually work in transition programs in the school system. Although, I do not have a ton of experience, I have worked with and observed in a number of special education classrooms and look forward to gaining experience while working with others in the future. I am a very patient person and look forward to working with your child.
