Hi there, I am currently working full-time as a Program Director (Case Manager) at a home health agency. I have been with this company for a little over three years. I started of the first 2 and a half years as a care attendant taking care of disabled kids in their homes. I then got promoted into a scheduler position which still allowed me to occasionally take care of clients as needed. Three months later I got promoted into a management position, and moved to Dallas for this job. I have been going to school for Business Management, it is online so it helps with time management. I work here M-F 8 am-5pm, so am not available until after that. I am missing being hands on with people, as I did that for 9+ years, so that's why I'm looking for something on the side. Marlena worked with us for about 2.5 years. She is very reliable. The only time she missed work was if she had a fever. She plans ahead and is very budget conscious. Marlena is a take-charge type caregiver. She is very knowledgeable in what she does and has educated herself in the care-giving field. Equally important, she is very honest. We trusted her with entrance to our home, without reservation. She left us because she needed more hours and a job closer to her home as we live on opposite sides of town.
