I am a Mom of two from Huntington. My daughter was diagnosed with PDD Nos when she was two. My son was just diagnosed with ADHD and is on medication. I have helped my daughter through at home tutors and special ed schools and classes. I had been working part time at Washington Drive Elementary for the past three years while my children were in that school. I have my NY State Teachers Assistant Certificate. I grew up in Huntington. I have taken care of most of the children in my neighborhood and have tons of local references. I have always taken care of my mother who is partially paralyzed and had taken care of my father who had dementia until he passed. I also have power of attorney for my elderly uncle and had him relocated to subsidized housing on Long Island so he can be closer to the family. In just my family alone I have had experience with all ages.
