For the last 12 years, I have worked with adults with disabilities on various of levels. I really enjoy working with people and helping them. I have completed a Certified Nursing Assistant course at a community college and received my HHA certificate. I also will be taking my state CNA exam at which point upon completion will acquire my CNA license. I have been a strong advocate over the last 12 years to the individuals I have served, as I believe that everyone has rights and has the right to exercise these rights.

Since I have known Lisa for approximately two years she has been a hard worker who always goes the extra mile. She is a strong leader and always steps in to help other people even if it does not benefit her. She is dedicated to her work and family. She pushes through any problems that may arise with a smile on her face. I have never met anyone like Lisa. Anyone would benefit from hiring her as I know they will receive the ultimate care as she treats everyone as she would like to be treated.
