I have been working for a school district for 29 years. 17 of those years have been in special ed. I have worked with 3-year-olds to high school age children. I have worked with many different types of disabilities. I am very patient person and really enjoy the joy of all children. I also have experience in tutoring in reading, writing, reading comprehension. I love to see the progress that can be made in the child that has been struggling. I am also interested in working in a childcare facility. I have worked for several years in preschools and have enjoyed every minute of my job. One of my favorite jobs was working with a down syndrome child that was profoundly deaf and helping her to learn sign language. I hope that there is another child that I can help and be a part of their life.
