I am a mother of three special needs children from 10-15 years of age. I have seen so many "miracles" in their lives and I realize it takes special people to interact, care, and understand their unique personalities. It has given me great joy to see them grow and change because of the love and care of others. I also realize, as a parent, I need someone to help me along my journey and provide quality relief and care. I feel I can provide this care for someone as well. Prior to moving to Georgia (Nov., 2014), I work as a hospital chaplain, prior to that, I was a Protestant Parish Coordinator at an Air Force Base. Additionally, I was a foster parent for 11 years and that is how I came to have three special needs children whom I adopted. I am currently working on my Master's of Divinity degree with Fuller Theological Seminary.

I have known Laura now for over five years. We have worked together, and I have worked with her son as well. Laura is one of the most caring and thoughtful people I have ever met. She has an incredible amount of love and patience for people in general. I would recommend her for any position she applied for, especially if it involved working with children.
