People with special needs need special care. I've worked with a boy who is high functioning autistic. He would passively resist doing things he didn't want to do, if you tried to force him to he'd get mad. I would talk with him calmly and get him to help me. Patience is a big part of taking care of people with special needs. I am patient, great at listening to what people want/need, and I love caring for people.
