I love working with people with disabilities of all ages. I am comfortable in many situations and I have a lot of patience. I am currently enrolled at Stephen F Austin State University majoring in Speech-Language Pathology with a focus on working with children with hearing impairments and/or developmental delays. I have a 16-year-old autistic brother that I have worked with my whole life, including all his Special Olympic teams and clubs. For the past 3 years I have worked at a Special Needs summer camp. There I have worked with all disabilities and all ages. I am able to do feedings, such as g-tube, syringe, or just normal spoon or bottle feedings. I am able and comfortable to do bathes and dressing. In high school, I was apart of a group that worked and did activities with the LifeSkills group in our school and throughout our town.

Laramie has volunteered numerous summers for us and then worked this past summer for us at a camp for children and adults with disabilities. Laramie worked for us as a camp counselor. She was able to assist with all levels of disabilities and helped to dress, shower, feed, etc. She is very caring and loves working with people with disabilities. She would be a great asset with any endeavor.
