I am very enthusiastic about working with children of all backgrounds. I find that I am effective at providing quality instruction and fostering a positive learning environment for all students. I have worked with nonprofit organizations for six years and I have had many practical experiences in an elementary and preschool classroom. I have demonstrated skills in individualizing instruction based on students' needs and interests. People have described my personality as kind and compassionate throughout my years working with Elementary School Teachers because I find dedication in my line of work is crucial for creating an atmosphere that is stimulating and encouraging to all students. I also have training on using modern technology in the classroom. Throughout my years in college I was a personable teachers aide. I assisted them with motivating students to achieve and exceed their academic and personal goals. I will be graduating from Plymouth State University with my Bachelor's degree in Childhood Studies and I minor in Child Welfare. I am looking for a job while I decided what direction I want my career path to lead!
