Katharine has been baby-sitting my 4 yo son for almost a year now. He has special needs and is non-verbal, but Katharine developed rapport w/ him right away. He always has fun going to the park w/ her.:) I feel that I could work and be away from my son while she cares for him, because I know that he is in good hands.
