I've worked with a couple of families that have had children with special needs as a teenager. One of the children I worked for had a feeding tube. I also did an internship in high school at a special needs school where I worked with several children with different handicaps. I currently have been helping my sister out. She has a 7-year-old boy who is ADHD and Bipolar and an 8-year-old boy that is missing his Cerebellum which controls motor skills. The 8-year-old requires a wheelchair, a lot of help with feeding, changing, etc.
