I have cared for clients who suffered with PSP, Alzheimer's and brain injury. Caring for these clients are challenging but rewarding. I just imagine my mother in their position where they lived a full and sometimes fun loving life, here you are lost your freedom and totally dependent on someone else it will get to you. But if I can bring some type of joy and get a smile that makes my day and brings just a ray of sunshine to them so we laugh at the small stuff. I also prepare meals, feed when needed, personal hygiene, baths, laundry lite housekeeping read, talk to client and take them on walks weather or mobility.
