I have been a Mental Health Rehabilitation worker for the past two years, working with individuals who have depression, anxiety, schizophrenia, schizo-affective disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder, etc. I have worked as a student nurse on several hospital units: Medical-Surgical, Postpartum and Delivery, Psychiatric and Intensive Care step-down. I also have experience working with a 19-year-old who has quadriplegia, scoliosis and mental deficiencies. I thoroughly enjoyed working with him and strive to help individuals with physical/mental disabilities to reach their optimal potential.
