To Whom It May Concern, Due to my daughter liking us to have more than one PCA in the mix, we don't always have as much time for Jen as she'd like, so we hope that she can find a few additional gigs here along with her work with our little girl. Jen has been outstanding in her work with Nikki, and has participated in IEP meetings, team meetings, therapy sessions, and has worked hard to increase her knowledge of Nikki's needs as time has gone on. Throughout her time with us, Jen has become someone that we can comfortably rely on while also being someone that Nikki considers part big sister, part "mommy," and all best friend.
