I have volunteered for summer camps since I was 17 years old. Type of camps include foster care, deaf and blind, lions camp, and science camp. I have received training in special needs management and, through my experience, provide tips and manuals to summer camps I currently work for. I have some experience in working at nursing homes, for special needs adults. I am willing to learn how to manage disorders I have not handled and would be happy be educated on how I can best provide care in your situation. Also, my sign language is not of a high level. I can pick up new signs quickly and would love to be taught more.
