I've worked as a volunteer in classrooms that had people with special needs, including ADD, people who were developmentally disabled, and there were also people with mild mobility problems. I've taken care of my children who have had post-surgery needs, and also my wife after a stomach stapling. I had to keep G-tubes clean and sterile. I've also taken care of a child who was mildly Autistic and learned about his needs. I also had a friend who had cerebral palsy, and I helped him with his needs. Through him, I became familiar with cerebral palsy. I am a quick learner and would learn whatever needs your special needs person has. I enjoy working with people, especially children. I enjoy spending time with people and meeting their needs.
