Gethsemane was hired as a medical aide and personal assistant to my elderly mother, and she was in that role for about seven years. In this regard, she performed at an outstanding level at all times. She took wonderful care of my mother, with extreme attention to detail and deep compassion. Her medical training was of terrific help for issues that arose, and she was well-versed in matters such as nutrition, wound care, circulation, positioning, and digestion. She also became my mother's best friend. Gethsemane is honest and reliable. As other family members were out of town, she was alone with my mother for days at a time; there was never a moment when there was any concern about my mother's welfare when she was in Gethsemane's care.
