very experienced with autism and other special needs. I am a mother to a 13-year-old boy. Before that, I worked as a resident camp counselor for Girl Scouts. I am always the one friend's call on to watch their children as I keep a very kid friendly home. I have toys for a wide range of ages and can provide a fun educational time. I taught for 6 years prekindergarten in the afternoon during the school year. This past year I have worked for Miamisburg city school district in the multiple handicap classrooms. I am looking to focus more on care in my kid friendly home, or near by. My college background is environmental sciences so I like to have the kids outside as much as I can. I believe learning is and should be fun so I look at what interest the kids and help them expand what they already want to learn about. I keep a schedule which gives the kids security. I can't wait to help them discover a love of learning!
