Hi, I am Donna and I am a Special Day Class Teacher. I currently teach K-2 children with mild-moderate Autism. I enjoy the challenge of working with students with disabilities and the opportunity to establish meaningful relationships with them. I believe that every learner is unique and that every child has different learning style. With this, I learn to focus on what a particular student needs, rather what every normal child should learn. It is my goal to combine my range of experience with my ability to be a compassionate, enthusiastic and intelligent special needs care provider, to be able to help children with special needs reach or maximize their full potential.
