Deanne has been working with children and families for as long as I can remember. Her experience especially with toddlers and preschoolers gives her expert knowledge on what is developmentally appropriate and needed for children of that age. She doesn't have to "get on their level" because she always positions her words, her body language, her facial expressions to connect with children, it is in her nature and something that just happens when she is around little ones. She is great at following routines and creating routines for those little ones who could benefit from that, but also understands where children are at developmentally and what they can and cannot do. Deanne incorporates fun activities that actually educate and grow children as they are playing. When she is working, her work is her top priority and the needs of the children and family come first.
