I have a passion for helping people and I 'm looking to turn it into a career. Being the oldest brother of 5 siblings taught me to be patient, compassionate, and responsible at a very young age. My previous experience as a recreation leader for the city of San Leandro, has allowed me to care for children with numerous disabilities including autism, ADHD, and Down syndrome. I have a degree in Business Administration but I have discovered that it is not where my passion lies. I currently work at a credit union, but I 'd love to do something more rewarding such as providing care for children or adults with special needs. I am a quick learner, not afraid to work, and I put 110% in all I do. Working as a volunteer for several disabilities based non-profit organizations has given me the privilege of helping make a difference in people's lives. The satisfaction of caring for others is incredibly gratifying and is what motivates me in my pursuit of one day becoming a speech pathologist. I have reliable transportation, reside in the Beaverton area, and can provide excellent references. I am eager to start working for you and am looking forward to making a difference in people 's lives.
