As someone with a younger autistic brother and who has spent the majority of her life working with children. I have a lot to offer to your children in the form of childcare experience. I have had an extensive experience working with a wide range of youth, since the start of my professional career including working with those with special needs. While spending my high school summers volunteering at a center for disabled children, I worked closely with severely disabled children in music, reading, and art. Through this, I was able to watch children who are otherwise extremely limited in their forms of expression, grow and blossom through the use of paints and clay. As a Respite Care provider, I work with children organizing activities and encouraging positive group play for young children and youth. I know that I can bring that experience and passion for children to this opportunity. During the school year I work with my Professor's Autistic child once a week where we go for outings to parks and places downtown, to work on social skills. I am very flexible in my schedule and would love to work with you.

Crystal is an incredible young woman and an asset to any employer. Crystal has volunteered for 4 years entertaining families during the holiday season for our local Hospice fundraiser. She is always pleasant and outgoing with all age groups, especially seniors and children. I have personally observed her interactions with Special Need children and adults and find her well qualified in assisting with both their physical and mental needs.
