I cared for an 11-year-old girl that had extreme ADHD and was there to help her focus on school work and other minuscule tasks. I also cared for a preemie baby that was born at 24 weeks and had multiple complications. He was fed through a G-tube, connected to oxygen and a heart monitor. He also had medications to control his reflex and seizures. There were multiple different therapies that I needed to do throughout the day to make sure he was getting the right stimulation and helping him with his CP. I loved caring for both of these children. In so many ways they helped me to grow. I loved watching them accomplish the tasks that were known to be hard for them and to just see how driven they were.
