As a person who has so many challenges growing up and having been able to overcome majority of these challenges, I know what it takes and how important this issue is. I work with kids, teens and adults with a variety of needs, including: autism, intellectual challenges, speech delayed, learning disabilities as well as hearing impairment. Over the past years, I have seen a lot of them improved. I always love to see my efforts rewarded in them. I love to give them opportunity I had growing up with a LD. I believe there is a potential in each person with disabilities if given the opportunity. I love to support them in the activities of daily living skills and independent living. I help with reading and homework as well as support with social interaction. I support them in expressing and dealing feelings to avoid inappropriate behavior.
